A Good Egg

You are Professor Egghead, aged 67, a memory expert. A former Government official, you have always had a photographic memory and been fascinated by mathematics, memory tricks and mnemonics’ for memory aids. Having become bored with retirement, you became an entertainer, creating the character of “Professor Egghead”. You travel around the country performing your “Marvellous Memory” show. You perform such feats as memorising the position of all the cards within eight shuffled decks. Memorising the names, star signs and jobs of all your guests as they enter the auditorium, then repeating these back halfway through the show. And answering any questions put to you by members of the audience. (You have memorised the Encyclopaedia Britannia, the Oxford English Dictionary and the contents of many information CDs).

Featured on the children’s’ TV show “Blue Pedro”, presenter Melanie Shell mentioned you to her father, the millionaire Sergei Shell. He has been employing you to teach him memory techniques. He was particularly interested to know how to match names to faces. You have become a much trusted friend and Sergei asked you to perform at his Easter Fair.
